75 g Active Sourdough Starter, 500 g AP Bread Flour, 18 g Honey, 375 g Water
Wait 30 minutes, then kneed the dough together
Preparing the Pizza (2 hours before desired meal)
Take your skillet and coat the pan in some Olive Oil. Extract your dough from the mixing bowl and place in the skillet. Spread it out to cover the bottom of the pan, then flip the dough over to coat all the dough with a light layer of Olive Oil. Cover with a towl and let rest.
Olive Oil
Wait 1-2 hours, then take your fingers and poke dimples in the dough. Season with Salt and Garlic Powder. Do this to taste. If there is any other seasoning you would like in your dough, this would be the time.
Garlic Powder, Course Salt
Lightly cover your pizza with Pizza Sauce, then sprinkle on your Parmesan Cheese and Mozzarella Cheese. Follow that by adding your Pepperoni. This is a framework for making a good pizza. Eyeball your seasoning and toppings. Once you make it once, you can make tweaks the next time
Parmesan Cheese, Mozzarella Cheese, Pepperoni, Pizza Sauce
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees and bake the pizza for 25 minutes, or until the top starts getting crispy.
This is a recipe I created from a Cheesy Garlic Focaccia bread recipe. I upscaled the ingredients and made some changes to make it a pizza recipe. This is very cost effective and you can change the recipe as needed to fit your taste.
Cheers! 🎣
